I need my top guys on here to do some investigative work to see if this guy is more than likely legit or not. Not sure of this is just a bullshit story or what. if you take a look at the time period this guy supposedly worked for the Outfit, it makes no sense he wasn't talked about in the Family Secrets case.

There was a "Kid Tekiela" in the 1970s who was with the Chicago Heights crew on record with Anthony Borsellino. Possibly this is the same guy. 1974 to 1979, disappeared after 1979. Associate who was suspected of ripped off drug dealers, trafficing narcotics ran protection for prostitution rackets, grand theft auto, bagman for a couple of bookmakers and beatdowns. His nickname is mentioned a couple of times during the late 1970s, 1977 to 1978 when a Civil dispute arose in the Chicago Heights Crew. I figured he was killed since Borsellino was killed in spring of 1979, and no more record of Kid Tekiela. Early to mid 20s around that time.

Seems that he disappeared due to drug addiction and just losing total interest in anything but abusing narcotics specifically heroin. Traded in the life he was living to become a junkie instead.

Found something interesting is that Anthony Borsellino was killed on May 22 1979, and the plane crash was on May 25 1979. He was one of those running and hiding it seems. Joe Batters and Joey Dove put a lot of support into Tocco, so it stands to reason that the guy was going to hide out. It is also a strong possibility that he sent word that he was going to live a civilian life and not get involved. Families have let associates do that especially those in high standing or it would just be easier if the guy didn't come around scenario.
