This entire lawsuit is not going anywhere. It's a bad joke and actually an embarrassment that it even reached this level. But that's what the world is today!

Still, it's a headache for the Gottis, because they'll still need to spend the money and time to defend themselves against this bullshit lawsuit.

Unfortunatelty state legistators are mostly lawyers and they construct laws and rules that benefit lawyers, hence the simplicity of starting a lawsuit.
