I liked the George DiBenedetto article. Always interesting to see how many raps these guys accumulated in their lifetimes. Even better: "Legitimate front" as an ice cream truck operator--that's lots more creative than "labor relations consultant," "plumbing contractor," "drywall contractor," etc. Was he was Good Humor or Bungalow Bar??

BTW: WWII was over when he registered for the draft in 2/46. Germans surrendered 5/8/45, Japanese on 8/15/45. You're probably getting tired of these corrections, but,as a historian, it's in my DNA.

And yeah, "ice cream" truck operator. Lol. I got a kick out of that one too. Especially what he named it -- the play on words -- "Hood" sie Ice Cream! Lol. Gotta love it.
