We all know what prospects are. Guys who have made it clear that they have intentions of becoming a member one day.

I guess you can call these guys associates but not established yet. So guys who are at the lowest level you can possibly be if you are associated with a crew.

What kind of odd jobs are these guys given? Some of them could be running errands for the crew such as dropping off or picking up dry cleaning, buying groceries, detailing cars or simply running down to the local bakery in the morning. Pretty much being the personal assistant for one of your crews top guys.

Say they own a bar, you may be given the responsibility to work there. Everything from cleaning the place to working behind the bar as a bartender.
