So I run a business and a guy keeps calling my company. I know he is just doing his job but he's a pretty young guy and pushy. Today he started questioning me as to why I wouldn't transfer the call and I fuckin lost it on him. The guy works for a logistics company and we get calls quite frequently to see if we would be interested in doing business with them. We are set up right now with our logistics and do not have any need or want to add someone else.

I do not have to transfer calls to anyone who I feel is wasting their time and our time. So he gave me this smart ass goodbye and I said "Listen up and take these words of advice... Go Fuck off."

Should I feel bad? Your thoughts?

First thing is first. Are you the owner or manager of said business? First interaction you should make it clear that your company is set up and not interested. The caller should have understood that from the get go and ask if he could check in on you in a few months or two quarters of the year and go with you answer. It seems he calls your company every day or once a week, which is pushy and arrogant. If he does business with your company that is one thing, but he is trying to get a contract with you. If you are the manager tell him you will pass the message to the owner and the owner would get back to him. If you are the owner then it should have stopped there immediately. I would not feel bad if after a few times he does not get the hint and you finally told him to fuck off.

I wouldn't feel too bad about it. Probably a telemarketer which means he's used to it. Next time he calls I'd ask him to remove me from your list and hang up. End of story.
