I really wanted Apple's take on last night's Apprentice. I know Angie was her favorite and I wanted to commiserate with her over her firing.

I was so pissed with Angie. The Donald gave her not one but TWO opportunities to say she didn't choke. People, never admit you choked!! Better when asked if you choked so say "I don't feel it was my best performance so far, but I never, EVER choke".

I feel Trump has been gunning for Angie a while and didn't see the real competitor in her. Add the fact that he seems to have a hard on for Chris.

I thought it was a bit advantageous of the Koror tribe to have enough people to do the icky eating challenge and have a DIFFERENT two people do the more physical immunity challenge.

On Ulong, Steph and BJ had to do the icky eating AND THEN had to do the swimming challenge. What if your stomach was all sickly and gassy?

Regarding The Apprentice - if it was up to Carolyn - Chris would have been gone weeks ago.

A show I just caught some of last night - didn't even know this show existed but when I saw it, it was like a train wreck I couldn't turn it off.

It is called Strange Love and follows Flavor Flav and Brigette Nelson around. Now I have got to say that I never would have thought that in any show that someone could make 'Flav appear as the normal one in a pair - but Nelson does. First, she was very attractive back when she did the Stallone movies but by God - what happened to her. Talk about hitting the wall - she looks like she it it going 110mph with no protection. Really there was no aging gracefully in that one and she is only in her 40's but ....

And to top it off, as I said with the two of them, she is so whacked that Flav is the sensible one - go figure. I only caught about 15 minutes of it, which was probably 14 1/2 minutes too much but had no idea this even existed. Anyone else see this ?

I did see the Vegas show, and what I found 'amusing' was when they were in the strip club. Now let me preface this by saying there is nobody that enjoys a woman dancing around a pole as much as I - even have a pole in my basement. But anyway Brigette was dancing on stage and said something like 'those moves were private moves' or something like that. Well they must have been so private they didn't make it on the show because from what did :rolleyes: there was nothing - zero - nada - zippo - Nothing sexual about what she was doing on stage. Really if I was there I would have had to move to another place at the bar. Now the other 'ladies' they were a different story - they had hmm private moves and they were 'working it'.

But Brigette though - wasn't working for her and she soooo thought she was the hit of the place.

And who was that guy when they were in the casino she was all over - could he have been any more desperate ?

Ok, the FIRST rule in pole dancing (don't laugh....I was once acquainted with a pole in Vegas... ) is that you wear your own clothes when you dance.

Cracked me up to see Brigitte scamming clothes and hooker shoes off the dancers in the dressing room. Ewwww. Wear your own stuff, woman!

It DID look like the pole was the only thing keeping her upright. Wow. That woman has issues!

I don't watch The Apprentice but I heard on the news that Chris was arrested this weekend for disorderly conduct. It appears alot of the cast members were at a party and he started getting angry because he was charged to get in. I think he's been hanging with Da Donald too long. :rolleyes:

If you look closely after each firing, you'll notice that almost ALL of them are at least on the verge of crying...just look at the pools in those eyes (especially when Erin went a few weeks ago). I'll bet most of them are literally sobbing once they're let out of that taxi.

Personally, I am devastated that Angie was let go last week. I really think Trump couldn't wait to get rid of her. But, she DID choke on that last presentation (which was quite painful to watch) and has been in the boardroom at least 4 out of the last five times...so I guess she skated as long as she could.

Some are better than others, hence ONE American Idol, not ten or twelve.

I believe because of the overwhelming success of last week they are having another ShowTunes theme.

We could check with Buffy - she is on the mailing list but she was lacking last week. She is on double secret probabtion in case you didn't hear. She needs to step up her game - Crabby is waiting in the wings to take over. I sense the real possibility of a cat fight over this.
