Yeah. Bathe. I play football and if I do not immediately shower after playing or working out (we do it as a team) I will get them on my back or anywhere else that produces a lot of sweat.

Working out should do just the opposite, as sweating opens the pores and lets any blockage to them drain right off. But, as has been mentioned, if one doesn't bathe afterward, then whatever gets "washed loose" will just clog up the pores again. See if a dermatoligist would suggest Accutane (there's also a generic). But, again as forementioned, steroids are notorious for promoting acne. If you simply MUST use a muscle-building supplement, I'd recommend creatine, Myoplex, and similar products. They're safe (if used appropriately) and nearly as effective (especially creatine).
