That's a good point, I'm sure there is complete legality in what went down though. First of all Paramount would never have employed an underaged actress for fear of being sue, that would be disasterous, also people would boycott the moive. Second of all, if FFC simply cast her and went to Italy, filmed and got out of there before any of the shit the fan, he would have never been able to film any of the scenes in Sicily in GF II or III, if he broke any law there.

She was only 16? Okay that is weird. I won't be able to watch it for now on without being like "Honey, your too young, put some clothes on!"

The parents have to sign something - but its not considered pornographic. I remember the same issue coming up over Kiera Knightly flashing her boobs in The Hole...and she was only 15 at the time

I don't find offensive that scene. I don't think I have to forward the movie when watching with the family.

In Taxi driver Jodie Foster's sister made the "hot-action" scenes." Foster was 14 or so then.
