Its gotta be Anakin/Darth Vader....at the end of the day all 6 Episodes tell HIS story, from innocent child, to the Dark Side, and in the end his redemption. The best baddie ever, because there was more to him than just evil.
If we could have chosen 2 characters, though, I would have chosen Yoda as my second choice. Especially in Sith he really comes into his own.
...there's people who would pay a lot of money for that information. But then your daughter would lose a father..instead of gaining a husband.

I voted Vader too, but The Emperor is also a very well character. When he is trying to convince Luke to join the Dark Side, 'smiling'. But still having those icy eyes, full with hate.
BTW, pollmaker (sorry, forgot your name) it's count Dooku, not Du Koo.
