Don't matter to me if Bush is in that picture, or Michael Moore, but using that logo is offensive and disrespectfull.

The gesture was taken from the Italian gesture by Ronnie James Dio (his grandmother used the gesture), who used it in concerts and it became a rock symbol. If he was pointing the horns at someone it would be a curse, but he is simply doing it as a rock-on gesture. There's nothing wrong with the pic.
