He's gained some decent popularity over here (though still relatively unknown). And my mum is in love with him. I really do like his latest song - a cover of Dean Martin's Amore. I watched him once when he was in a TV show here and they said he was successful in UK. I think he got that classic "Perry Comoish" Italian voice, which is considered to be a little outdated here, but we know people abroad love it b/c they expect an Italian singer to sing that way! Plus no doubt he got those REMARKABLE LOOKS......
So my dad has something to worry about? I'm actually, if I get chance, going to take my mum to see him sometimes. Just as long as she doesn't throw her knickers at him.

That guy has temper HAHAHAHA!!!! I know what press conference you are referring to, Aziatic!!! Our TV channels aired it a lot of time because he was SOOOOO funny talking German and especially because he was so angry and at a certain point he screamed STRUNZ! mentioning a German player, but the word in Italian is very similar to a very bad word....It was really a lot of fun!!
Yea I love seing that speech everytime they show it in comedy shows. You're right, he was talking about Strunz, actually there is a POLITICAL show on german TV called after the line he said, "was erlauben Strunz?", no kidding Still curious what the bad italian word is though :p
