Earlier today I just found out that one of my high school classmates died this past wednesday. He died of a heart attack at 36 years old.
As far as I know he didn't have a history with drugs or alcohol when we were in high school he didn't well as far as I know he didn't. He & I didn't travel in the same circle, He hung out with the jocks, & I hung around with the kids who always got in trouble(amazing me getting into trouble huh )
Man one year younger than I.

That's so sad Iceman. When someone, especially a young person, around your age dies so unexpectedly, it sure gives you a reality dose. None of us are exempt from unforseen death. Makes you really step back and appreciate "just being alive."
When I was around 22 or so, one of my friends literally, at 22 dropped dead on the job. :p Autopsy didn't show anything and cause of death was shown as "unkown". What a shocker though. My condolences.
