pulp fiction goodfellas silence of the lambs fight club american history x clerks reservoir dogs saving private ryan the usual suspects as good as it gets
honorable mentions: ed wood, fear & loathing in las vegas, edward scissorhands, jackie brown, twelve monkeys, scent of a woman, gods & monsters, the matrix, LA confidential, the green mile, army of darkness, american beauty, being john malkovich, boys don't cry, donnie brasco, casino, heat, office space, true romance, jurassic park, forrest gump.
yes, i know there are alot of honorable mentions - the 90's were my favorite decade movie-wise (as well as music-wise), so it's hard for me to narrow it down any further.

Not in order but here it goes. Goodfellas Casino The Jackal Tombstone(I think this came out in the 90's if not then ooops ) Godfather III Terminator 2 Gotti Unforgiven(which is quite Ironic considering it's one of Clints worse movies ever imo, which just goes to show not many good movies in this decade) Star Wars I-The Phantom Menace

Such an amazing decade for cinema... Where do I even begin?
In no order what so ever:
Magnolia Fight Club American Beauty The Shawshank Redemption Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Being John Malkovich Pulp Fiction American History X Goodfellas Dead Man
And there are still tens more than deserve mention... But I shall spare you.
"Somebody told me when the bomb hits, everybody in a two mile radius will be instantly sublimated, but if you lay face down on the ground for some time, avoiding the residual ripples of heat, you might survive, permanently fucked up and twisted like you're always underwater refracted. But if you do go gas, there's nothing you can do if the air that was once you is mingled and mashed with the kicked up molecules of the enemy's former body. Big-kid-tested, motherf--ker approved."
