I never heard of it, but it seems to be more for commercial use than end-user use...

 Sorry....I spelled it wrong. It's "Neteller", with only one "T". It's definitely for consumers and works like Pay Pal. I had to open an account with them to fund my off-shore sportsbook account, and was just wondering if anyone had any experience with them.
