Has anyone seen it?
I dont know whats the big deal about this film....actually I do know:

1)HORRIBLE title
2)Samuel L. Jackson delivering his famous "motherfuckin snakes" quote...

(..and yes, the audience were cheering when he said it..)

The movie itself? another movie, not impressive, not horrible, a regular Jackson film which won enormous popularity thanks to the internet.

Thats my review. There really isnt much to tell. the HORRIBLE title says it all. If u want to see snakes on a plane, go see it. If not, stay home. Im indifferent about this film.

I don't quite understand it. It's gotten a lot of buzz. People have been rating it high simply because it doesn't take itself seriously and is sort of a parody of cheesy 80's garbage horror films, but garbage is garbage...that doesn't quite do anything for me. Rating something high because of un-intentional comedy (so bad, it's good) isn't good enough. But of course, it's an 8.3 on IMDb... :rolleyes:

I didn't want to see it, but Omar gave it three stars on the film board saying the film itself knows it's a joke. I guess I wanna see it now just for the stupidity.

I probley rent it when it comes out,but i won't be rushing to go see it at the pictures

Anyone see the NY POST headline today? It had a picture od that guy who says he killed JonBenet Ramsey sitting in business class (where he sipped champagne and ate roast duck) . It read "SNAKE ON A PLANE"

If they are tiny, you try to kill them. Or maybe, after all, if the snake's not poisonous (spelling?), it's not so bad to be bitten.

What's even more incredible, is to imagine having planes on a snake when you're actually on the snake....

SNAKES ON A PLANE is stupid shit where people go insane over a movie for nothing.

The fact that DJ used it for some political joke is a testament to my point.

I actually had black snakes in my garage last week. They're good to have around in the yard as they eat moles and voles that ruin the roots of the shrubs. Once in a while I have to pull one out of the pool. The biggest was about 3 feet...I think they're getting plenty to eat.

Wonder how terrifying "Birds on a Submarine!" would be?

Lets put it this way if you came across snakes on your plane youd all have to carry axes to kill all that came your way.

Just saw it. We were alone in the theater. Gave it a nice Mystery Science Theater-ing. Lots of fun.

I just read that someone in Arizona released actual poisonous snakes in a movie theater during the film. Both snakes were captured and released into the wild, but who knows?? Maybe the pranksters released three.

I actually kinda want to see this movie. I was gonna go the other night but all of my friends "refused" to see it and I didnt feel like going alone. I guess I cant really blame them.

I choose to see this movie with my employee discount (free tickets for me and my girl).
