Also in relation to the Turi vs Turrido topic I would like to ask why Guiliano is spelt this way. But when ever I see it everywhere else it is Giuliano. Is the spelling of his name still debatable or was it a simple mistake.

So die all who betray Giuliano

The difference in the spelling of the name wasn't simply a mistake. Mario liked the way it looked on the page better the way He wrote it. That's the truth. His editors tried to change it but he changed it back again. I believe it's because he wrote that book as a novel, and not as non-fiction where everything he wrote would have had to be exact.
