I enjoyed this movie alot i thought it was great...but im not sure how accurate on facts it was...i was just wondering why they referred to the one boss as Farenzano when is real name was Marenzano (i dono if thats how u spell it and im too lazy to go find the correct one right now lol) but yall know who Im talkin about. The other boss was Massiera. So why was the name of the other boss pronounced with an F and not an M?

I've heard the movie isn't very factual. As for they pronouncing it with an F and not an M. I've wondered the same thing myself. Unless it's just one way it which it's not very factual.

I'm thinking Turnbull can shed some light on this matter.

At IMDB.com he is listed as Maranzano.

However mobsters was quite innaccurate. Christian Slater first off as Luciano is a joke. The events mostly follow true, but the portrayels of the actual mobsters was pathetic. I don't know why the characters were changed so much. Anthony Quinn as Masseria seemed quite genuine though and was quite realistic.

They left out Dutch Schultz out completely, and the made Murder Inc. look like somekind of a treehouse club.
