I just need to know how each little piece of info is connected into one big plot, such as the Vega brothers, the briefcase, Tony Rocamora, Marcellus, and even Jackie Brown. How is it all connected?

from what i have heard and read Mr. Blonde is the brother to the Vega in Pf, the Briefcase that i think Sam Jackson carries is the one from Reservoir dogs with the diamonds....thats all i know because i have not seen PF yet.

Tarintino's films always referance characters from his other movies. You are correct Vincent and Vic Vega are brothers,the role of MR. BLONDE in RESERVOIR DOGS was originaly written with Travola in mind. They couldnt get him to do the movie butt when he signed on to do PULP FICTION the character of Vic Vega was dead so his character was renamed Vincent.One of the main characters in TRUE ROMANCE, written by Tarintino is Alabama Worley she is mentioned in RESERVOIR DOGS in a conversation between Mr. White and Joe Cabbot. The D.E.A. agent,played by Michael Keaton in Jackie Brown is also in the movie OUT OF SIGHT, this is not a Tarintino movie butt both were based on Elmore Leonard novels. There are lots more I'll have to think about this and post tommorow. By the way as per TARINTINOS interview on the PULP FICTION special edition dvd drugs,money,diamonds or the bosses dirty laundry are not what was in the briefcase, he wont say what it is. I have heard a theroy that the soul of MARCELLUS WALLACE is what is in the briefcase although Tarintino denies it. People think that because of the bandage on Ving Rhames neck and the story from the bible that says when the devil takes your soul he does so from the back of your neck that it proves it is his soul in the briefcase. However Tarintino denies this also he says the bandage is there to hide a scar wich would have distracted the viewer during the scene.
