We've had this argument in another forum, but(in my eyes) it IS a mobster/gangster movie because it is about organized crime. Is the Soprano's a show about family because you see a family portreyed? [/QB] But the Sopranos goes into the specifics of the bussiness like Goodfellas for instance. The Godfather is about an Italian American Family who are involved in ilegitamate operations.

I just bought and watched Carlito's Way for the first time. It kicked ass, so i'm gonna add that to my list.

It's about a family though and their sturgles. I'm Italian, and I don't consider that racisum. He's basically stating a point. It's a fact that an Italian criminal organization consisting of several members of the same biological family is refered to as the mafia. However If he said something like "All Italians are criminals" or "all Italians are in the mafia" THEN i'd think its offensive and THEN it'd be racisum, but he didn't say that. There is no racist remarks in his post.
"Somebody told me when the bomb hits, everybody in a two mile radius will be instantly sublimated, but if you lay face down on the ground for some time, avoiding the residual ripples of heat, you might survive, permanently fucked up and twisted like you're always underwater refracted. But if you do go gas, there's nothing you can do if the air that was once you is mingled and mashed with the kicked up molecules of the enemy's former body. Big-kid-tested, motherf--ker approved."
