I love Scarface soundtrack, so classy and touchy. It perfectly suits the movie on my opinion.

Any Tarantino or Scorsese film will alway's have a legendary soudtrack and/or score.
"Somebody told me when the bomb hits, everybody in a two mile radius will be instantly sublimated, but if you lay face down on the ground for some time, avoiding the residual ripples of heat, you might survive, permanently fucked up and twisted like you're always underwater refracted. But if you do go gas, there's nothing you can do if the air that was once you is mingled and mashed with the kicked up molecules of the enemy's former body. Big-kid-tested, motherf--ker approved."

Okay, since we've detoured from Mob Films onto general films, here's a few more scores I love:
Once Upon a Time In the West/America by Ennio Morricone Cinema Paradiso by Ennio Morricone The Battle of Algiers by Ennio Morricone A bout de souffle by Martial Solal North by Northwest, Vertigo, Citizen Kane, Taxi Driver, by Bernard Herrmann. Blue Velvet, Twin Peaks, Mulholland Dr. by Angelo Badalamenti. Also, the soundtracks for 2001 and A Clockwork Orange.

Score: Godfather II and Once Upon a Time in America
Soundtrack: Casino and Goodfellas (Scarface is a close third)
Bart, Is it wrong to steal a loaf of bread to feed your starving family? No. Well suppose you got a large starving family, is it wrong to steal a truckload of bread to feed them? Uh-uh. And what if your family don't like bread, they like cigarettes? I guess thats ok. Now what if instead of giving them away, you sold them at a price that was practically giving them away. Would that be a crime Bart?

In terms of during the film and lasting impressions from the film, I would definately say The Godfather. However, as music in it's own right, Once Upon A Time In America is one of the best scores I have ever heard
