The episode is the one where the FBI recognizes Mayberry as the Nation's most crime free city. They hold a celebration at which Barney says something like "Death to the Mafia". Do any of you recall that? "Generosity. That was my first mistake." "Experience must be our only guide; reason may mislead us." "Instagram is Twitter for people who can't read."
