Did a 6am movement class with breath excersises.

Now enjoying some coffee and breakfast.

Doing some work and then settling in for the rainy weekend ahead and get some rest.

Hoping to go to bed early and to sleep well after my workout this morning at the gym. At the moment, just had dinner (fish fry plate from church) and reading articles online.

Coffee, then some breakfast.

No such luck with the sleep. Still had difficulty falling asleep. But good workout at the gym today and I liked yesterday's so much (swimming and biking) I think I'm going to do it again tomorrow.

I’ve heard when people quit the drink ...the first 7 - 10 days can effect your sleep and dry your skin.

I did not experience either of those but i do have a higher desire for sweets and foods in general.

2- weeks no booze tomorrow.

Making more of my workouts, did 5 days last week and plan on six this week.

Great job DP! I'm taking it up a notch too. The swimming and biking I did on Friday, I enjoyed it so much I did it again yesterday and I feel great.

Getting offline early tonight to watch some TV before bed.

FYI - I had an instructor tell me if having problems sleeping , take a hot shower right before bed and it will make you sleepy after a long day.
It works.

She's working for the Daily Wire now and I wish her nothing but success. Sucks because the rumors were she was going to get her own spinoff show for her character on Disney+. Now they're going to recast her for future seasons.

Setting up an inspection for my old Caddy tomorrow.

I bring it to same mechanic every time so no worries on it passing for the sticker.
He scolds me every time on how I need to drive it more often, it sits in the garage all winter and only gets about town once in awhile during nice weather season.

Yes, I get a lot movies and shows on my streaming device but recently it has not been offering certain items such as LAND and Mandalorin

I will continue to try this weekend.
