So what most of you do on here is just say things that you have no paperwork at all. In Allenwood Penn you could never be on the yard if you were no good. In a low or a camp you could be but not in a Federal Penn. In fact years ago when your PSR was allowed in the system along with all 9 pages of your judgement papers. When you hit the Penn in Allenwood the guards would not allow you on the compound unless you had your paperwork. I know this to be a fact. I was in the place.
