Is there a fee?

If my thinking on Michael Franzese is even halfway accurate, undoubtedly there will be a fee.

Perhaps he is taking in sales taxes on the fees that he has no intention of remitting.

NO, there's a price to pay for the "Inner Circle" but you don't have to join that if you don't want to pay. There is still a lot of value being in the basic "Crew". It doesn't cost. You just must me approved.
