He meet Allie Boy in prison and was so smart to become friend of him and took advantage of the fact that the Colombos desperately needed men who made money.The Persicos barely know a man that for the rules of Cosa Nostra can't be made (flipped on who ordered him a murder in the 1970s) and despite it made him street boss.That how the Persicos was ruling the family.
DeLeo would be 82 in 2025 when will go out.I hope he would understand that its better to retire.
