That's all good, I would never pay myself, well maybe a t-shirt, unless I was doing some research and was able to ask him some questions. Rat or not, Sammy is an eyewitness to history, the kind of eyewitness who got blood on his clothes. His podcasts are entertaining and call to mind life in the neighborhood even if was across town, there were a lot of similar neighborhoods back in the day.

No, I don't subscribe as I feel it is a hustle but if I was doing some research for a book or documentary, I would consider joining to be able to ask him questions or for an interview during the monthly Q&A he offers to his paying members.

Sammy for the most part is just rehashing stuff from his book and other little side notes. Recent ones seem a lot less interesting than the early ones. I didn't watch any for a few months in the middle.

Depends I'd guess, if you really want to know, make him and offer he can't refuse. He also earns money off of YouTube views, I estimate he's earning about $200k annually from Patreon and YouTube.
