thats what i was getting at seems to be alot of experienced veteran guys who held up did there time but not everyone can be a capo or a member of the admin.
it was my attempt to show who might be in charge but upon doing the research the names of possible capos/leaders just kept coming up.
maybe the philly mafia is sowing confusion taking a page out of the genovese playbook.
