These 3 firebombed police cars in NYC, one of the firebombing was done while cops were in the cars. Fortunately they made it out before being burned. The first girl was on her own, the second were lawyers who did it as a pair. That is right, lawyers.

It wasn't just arson, he was also guilty of extortionate collection of credit and extortion

yea he is going to take it in the chin . while two guys are holding his weak ass arms back so they can go full force blow jobs and he will really take loads on the chin....he will have sooo much dna in his Ass, thier will be over 1000 suspects.. he make lots of friends ands hope fully they wont ass 2 mouth him... just like that girl at the train station. the one where he smeared Feces into a womans face... this dude will be gapeing and bald by the end of the year.. and possible have aids..

From what I have read his one buddy put all the gas on the car & the car basically blew up and then while that was going on that kid caught on fire; so Peter took him to the ER and then all 3 of them got caught shortly after. And pete was posting all over social media regarding who he is hanging out with while on probation for setting the car on fire. The judicial system as you stated is messed up especially after the Summer with all the riots and no one basically getting arrested or charges with the looting and burning down places.

Arson carries a steep mandatory sentence, at the federal and state level.
I am not exactly sure why that is

I had friend growing up similar situation got 6 years for arson.
I never forget it, when he got the sentence we were all in shock..

Meanwhile if he would have just baseball batted all the windows, head lights, tail lights, along with slashing all the tries, he would have gotten a B.S. charge, while sending a similar message.
