Wow, this is another indication of the links between HA in Canada and Haitians. It’s hard to deny that Haitians were attacking Rizzuto, curious if it will come out same with Musitano & Luppino. If so what HA in Canada would think this is smart. When you get the backing of the Government, Cops and Power Elite in Canada, and a tool like the Charbonneau Commission sure. But picking a fight like this, is going to require discussions and votes. Also, once it starts it’s not over till it’s over, I feel they underestimated that in Rizzuto, which is crazy to believe.
These relationships allow for the seamless movement and acquisition of sex slaves (women and children), it’s quite sick and distributing. C

So California is the head of the HA? Oakland is the mother charter world wide even more powerful charters in for example Germany, Holland, Canada or Australia have to answer to Northern California. Ok got ya so who is the number one shot called out of the HA in California? You are completely wrong when describing the hierarchy of the Hells Angels, there has never been a national or international president of the Hells Angels. Some members, like Sonny Barger, have been more influential than others and he was definitely a first among equals for a long time, but he was never a national or international president because that position has never existed. Some chapters, like Oakland, are more powerful than others, but no chapter in the US or worldwide has never had to answer to another chapter, not even Oakland. Each chapter is technically autonomous. The Hells Angels are set up differently than the Outlaws, Pagans, etc. A bare minimum of research on the internet would bear that out. Would you mind enlightening us about the Johnny Angel hit if the HA are autonomous JC.

Appeal in the Dutch Hells Angels case!
The court in Arnhem will appeal on Wednesday on the ban of motorcycle club Hells Angels. The court in Utrecht ruled last year that the club in the Netherlands must be dissolved, because it is a threat to public order. According to the court, the Angels have a culture of violence.
The Public Prosecution Service launched a civil offensive a few years ago to get so-called Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs) banned in the Netherlands. Fourteen years ago, the judiciary launched the attack on the Hells Angels. At the time, she did not succeed in getting various departments of the club banned by court.
The club has appealed against last year's court decision. The judge ruled that the prohibition and dissolution of the club were effective immediately, but the court put a stop to this. The decision of the court must be awaited.
On behalf of the Angels, lawyer Geert-Jan Knoops has argued at the court that there is no association and that it therefore cannot be prohibited. Hells Angels motorcycle club was founded in the United States in 1948 by mainly former soldiers. About forty years ago the club also became active in the Netherlands.
In addition to those against the Hells Angels, there are still proceedings against clubs such as Satudarah, Bandidos and No Surrender. These are in different stages. For example, the Supreme Court has yet to pronounce on the ban on Satudarah. Earlier this year, the council ratified the ban on the Bandidos, but the local chapters may continue to exist. The highest court will rule on the ban on No Surrender on December 4.

A prominent member of the Hells Angels in Oberhausen is wanted by German police for a grisly murder of a former club member. He was murdered in 2014 and found cut to pieces in the Rhine near Duisburg. It concerns the German-Iranian Hells Angel Ramin Yektaparast (33), who is hiding in the Iranian capital Tehran. From Tehran, the ex-president of the Hells Angels in Oberhausen posts provocative photos on Instagram, defying the German authorities. Yektaparast is one of the most wanted murder suspects in the North Rhine-Westphalia region. Since there is no extradition treaty with Iran, he cannot be arrested or extradited in the country at the request of the German police and justice. Ramin Yektaparast was born in Mönchengladbach and is a former president of the Cologne Bandidos. From a young age he had a big finger in the pie in the red light district and the doorman scene in Leverkusen. Not long after, Ramin Yektaparast switched from the Bandidos to the Hells Angels in Oberhausen, of which he became president. He probably switched because the Bandidos were banned in the North Rhine-Westphalia region in April 2012. In February 2014, Yektaparast was suspected of the murder of club member Kai M., who was considered a spy (undercover agent). M. was murdered and dismembered. The suspicion that Yektaparast was involved in this murder was based on the so-called 'Filthy-Few' tattoo, which he had put on shortly after the disappearance of Kai M. and which a Hells Angel should only wear if he has killed someone. Not much later, however, he was released again. https://www.crimesite.nl/van-moord-verdachte-hells-angel-33-tart-duitse-autoriteiten-vanuit-iran/
