I waited for the SNL opening figuring the obvious opening would be a sketch on the smack. Instead it was a long drawn out FOX news parody that was not even funny. Even the audience was not laughing much. I stopped watching, but when I looked online I was surprised that a few critics called the on it. SNL is way too political. I think their one joke about it was having their Donald Trump impersonator make a comment.

If they're still mocking Donald Trump in 2022, then he's totally living rent free in their heads, which is hilarious at this point. Talk about Trump Derangement Syndrome!

SNL is rarely funny now, but it is often s-t-u-p-i-d. But then, SNL knows it's target audience, and delivers the slop to them that they are used to eating.

A White actor would have gotten arrested, and a lifetime ban, not just 10 years. He would have been kicked out immediately, and his Oscar revoked. 90% of them media and people in the entertainment industry would be screaming that it is not going far enough, that it was a racist smack, and hate crime charges would be filed.
