Jesus Christ!!! Lol night was a fucking blur. According to my wife I came home at 7:30 am. I was so drunk I fell asleep in a guest bedroom while still in my clothes. Then when I wake up I find two stripper thongs in my pockets and someone's toothbrush in my jacket

just came back home from a meeting
i'm so depressed i have elbows pain (in the joint, the tip).
i went too far in my weights (in the dips and triceps extension) i think i have triceps tendinopathy
it used to happen to me when i used to do skull crushers years ago, and then a dr told me it's bad to the elbow and i stopped it.
i guess i need to take a break from the gym and start rehab. i already found some exercises on youtube, and i'm also icing the elbows

You're probably putting too much pressure on your elbow joints. I see a lot of people do too much or simply do the exercises wrong, particularly skull crushers. Listen to your body and allow it to heal when it needs to. Do not stress over it. Our minds are more powerful than our bodies. Blessings!
