Wishing everybody a blessed and Happy Easter celebration today. After church today my immediate family and I head back to the house so we can start prepping for a big family dinner later. It isn't like the old days with twenty-some-odd people coming to eat but we'll still have a respectable 14 or so at the table. Here's what's for dinner; Some light appetizers up front. Then a plate of manicotti for everyone as a first course. For the second course; Baked Spiral Ham, Roasted Potatoes, roasted Brussel Sprouts, Mixed Green Salad. Served with wine for whoever cares for a glass (or two, Lol).

For our Jewish friends out there, I know that Passover just ended but I wanna wish everyone who celebrates it, a belated Happy Passover as well. And to our Muslim friends out there this weekend I say Happy Ramadan (if that's the correct terminology). No matter what your beliefs, God bless everyone!
