I dont understand why he get 40 years in the commission trial and afterv12 years he was paroled. Basciano shouldnt promote a man on parole and Indelicato was a tought guy good for kill someone not to be a consigliere or underboss.
something i always wonder he go out after 12 years out of 40... probably he appealed his case i think he marry jimmy burke daugther in federal prison
