40 years of the drug war has achieved very little legalize drugs that's the only way!!
Exactly my friend , cartels have way too much money , too much corrupt politicians/cops , drug war has achieved nothing. Legalize all drugs,who wants to use drugs will use them: legal or illegal , when they are legal at least you get good product and state profits from it.
