As I mentioned on a thread on Philadelphia and I am no way comparing the two borgatas.
One man steering the ship can make a HUGE difference.
Think of a LCN Borgata as a Corporation what could the right CEO do for that corporation.

Correct and that’s why Ferriola needs to be made. To set him up to be a Capo and then eventually take over the entire organization one day. Just like his father before him.
I think these guys did this right before him.
They seen how NYC was set up and wanted to make it better.
The whole one family set up, members they made, more importantly the members they did not make.
One guy to flip in 100 years is almost unbelievable.
I hate to say it buy the RATS really came out of NYC and I know NYC had more members so more rats go with the turf I am talking percentage wise.
NYC and Philadelphia have probably 80% of the RATS.
