I'm 43. I've always found the mob stuff fascinating so when youtube came along it was great. A fountain of info and rare content previously unavailable to the general public. Franzese was probably the first "mob-tuber" that I watched. Then I came across Adam and Frank Cullotta (Adam being the most likeable mobtuber for me). Great content seeing Im from Chicago. Then I came across Sammy's channel and Calandra's channel. Ok, this is interesting. I'm liking hearing these stories from these guys. Then, the stupid beauty shop drama begins....

As the months go by, the youtube algorithm is taking it's inevitable control, and it's feeding me obscure "mob" channels that are hosted by a bunch of John Q. Publics. Lee Cole. Who? Who the fk is this guy? Jeff Canarsie. Huh? Jeff who? Canarsie like as in Brooklyn? Who the fk is this guy? I dunno, but so far, these guys are coming off as wannabe mobsters. Fat Bald Sicilian. Now who the fk is this guy? Man, no offense, but this dude is such a wannabe gangster and he reminds me of so many BS'ers I used to grow up with. His content is nothing but cat fights between other wannabes and even the real mob guys like Calandra, Sammy, Alite (if u wanna consider him a real mob guy), etc etc.. getting into these high school-esque squabbles. And his videos are like over an hour long. Ive never watched an entire video.

I've got TONS more to say, (especially about a segment I saw FBS ranting against that other shmuck, MRE, about who's more Italian and yada yada. Anyone else wanna chime in and give their opinion of the beauty shop little bitch drama known as "MobTube"?

There is only so much to say, after a while they all just put up content because they feel they have to in order to keep going.

For a hot minute, they were entertaining and various levels of fascinating.

Upon more exposure, they out themselves as the total fuckheads they really are.

There are way too many out there. I actually like Angel Gotti's, but I have seen her video liked Franzese in the beginning.

I don;t think I've ever seen seen the video with Angel Gotti you're mentioning, but I used to think she was one of the respectable ones from the family until I saw that episode where she said the next door told her mother ''Wtf was he doing in the street to begin with''

Calandra was very young guy who was around for an extremely short time, and that was on the fringe of things. He is another who has run out of things to talk about.

Say what you will about Jimmy but he grew up in the heart of Bensonhurst, had countless interactions with made men from the Five Familes and bore witness to a lot of Mafia history first hand. He used to shovel snow off of Nino Gaggi's driveway and was face to face with Tommy Pitera and that's probably more than most people can say.

Plenty of people who lived there or who grew up there could say the same, he has very little to offer. If he did 3 or 4 videos that would have been it, he is stretching it out.

As for presentation I would have to say right now Gravano is probably at the top even though he is starting to repeat stories and he always tries to make himself look like the hero which gets tiresome. Franzese comes off as likable and is very good at telling bs stories...Unfortunately he keeps repeating the same stories over and over...Gas, my sister and brother were junkies, other then that, what's he got ?? BS stories that Chin asked him to switch families which is comical...

I like Gravano's channel better, you can see when he bs's but its not 25 minutes of bs....But he's what, 75 years old now...He's repeating the same old stories as well
