New York is the best but for Chicago style, I prefer deep dish over the corner/crackers crap they serve. Explain the reasoning behind not liking Chicago style tavern pizza if you don't mind. I want to hear your explanation. Also a good Detroit style pizza is tough to beat. First, my pizza has to have a crust. Secondly, I prefer the heartiness and cheesiness of a deep dish.

A good thin crust pizza has plenty of crust. Pizano's for example makes a good butter crust but I understand its not as much crust as you would find on Brooklyn Style since the slices are much bigger and not in little squares/corners. I prefer my pizza no matter what kind it is cooked well done so the crust is nice and crispy.
