Source Five advised that GUILMETTE was responsible for this operation under the approval of Matthew Guglielmetti, and that GUILMETTE was allegedly paying Mathew Guglielmetti with proceeds from his cocaine sales to demonstrate his allegiance to the NELCN," according to the RISP.
