You really don't lose a lot of time making sate.. What you do have to take some time for is marinating. For the best result, marinate the chicken, pork or pork tenderloin at least 1 day in advance. Then the flavors can absorb well and you simply get the best result.
If I find a good recept/instruction video in english i will let you know.

Relaxing for the end of year for a few days with drinks , beers and some good food.

After a Holiday cocktail party across the street tomorrow night it will be three days on my ass doin absolutely nothing productive.
