Nick festa is ( pudgie), The guy in the blue track suit is a mystery.

I always thought it was all Bonnano guys : Ronnie G, Pudgie, Mickey Palmaccio and Mickey Padavona.

I think I read that Festa is more Irish than Italian. Sad state LCN is in.

If im correct when Ronnie got locked up it was Michael Padavona who became Acting Capo of there crew

Festa was/is a massive earner and his dad’s full Italian.

I think they made a confusion. To my knowledge, they are all from Ronnie G's crew.

Why are you posting a photo from 2006? This was 17 years ago, they easily could be dead or shelved.

By "Associate" the government may mentioning a relative of one of them, or a person who lives in the area. We should keep in mind that not every conversation they have is about crimes. The guy looks younger, and is standing a bit away from the main group.
When I saw a surveillance picture my first thought is that they must be discussing the mafia, or a operation they have going on, Then after years of looking at transcripts and testimony, I was surprised at how much they talk about regular things stupid things, and all the other stuff that people discuss. Naturally, they do discuss mafia matters a lot but not always.

Because this is a forum dedicated to the discussion of organized crime and its members, past and present.

I could’ve posted a picture from 100 years ago and it would still be appropriate.

The caption on that surveillance picture describes these two as a Colombo capo and an associate. Thanks to Ralphie’s insight the one in the middle with the brown tracksuit could be Catapano, who was ID as a captain in 2010. There are plenty of pictures of him online and although he’s giving his back to the camera he could easily be him given his hairline and head shape.

The other unknown fellow looks younger. Roughly Giallanzo’s age I’d say.

This is a great topic as its been a mystery.. i would like to know exactly who they are. Would of been a good question for gene borello.

Pudgie Festa is a out 5 ft 5 and Ronnie G seems to be only a few inches taller, maybe 5-08 ? Thoughts?

So Fatato wore a wire to avoid jail time for meth trafficking. He wasn’t an associate when he was arrested and flipped.

Former New Hyde Memorial football player and mob informant was spared jail time on alleged drug charges by federal prosecutors in Brooklyn on Friday.

Gaetano “Guy” Fatato avoided jail time but was fined $15,000 as, according to Newsday:...[Fatato] deserved a break because he helped the FBI infiltrate the Colombo crime family and testified against mobsters as well as Christian Tarantino, the onetime Dix Hills health club operator who was convicted of three murders.

Assistant U.S. Attorney James Gatta told U.S. District Judge Kiyo Matsumoto that although Fatato had kept his family together and built up a stable business under his assumed identity, he and his wife lived in fear of retribution from the mob.

Fatato had pled guilty in 2004 to charges that included conspiracy to distribute methamphetamines. He also was convicted on charges of drugs, forgery and racketeering.

As an informant for the FBI, Fatato made over 250 recordings of Colombo figures including former underboss John “Sonny” Franzese and captain Michael Uvino.

I think it is Gus fatato. If you google an image of Gus fatato it seems like it is the same guy.
