Gang-member- yes they will try to kill any white-boy for a few bucks.
Their own mothers for a few bucks more.

Makes-sense.

An associate of the Rizzutto family kill the son, NAH, it does not squash the debt.

So if the motive was to squash the debt, that plan does NOT accomplish that.

What would happen is the guy that did or ordered the killing will his/themselves just get killed when the father either A. Figured it out, B. Came home from jail:

I.E. in the 1960’s I owed $250K, to Joe Bonanno the boss, Joe Bonnano gets pinched, he is in jail for 10 years.

So what I do now because I don’t want to pay,
the debt I go and kill Bill Bonanno, who at the time is acting boss for his father.

What fate lies ahead for me?
Will my debt die with Bill Bonnano?
