The southern border is wide open so we have practically an invasion on our hands, corrupt and lying media that covers for only one party, a banking crisis, our tax dollars being sent to Ukraine on a whim, questioning anything the left says is considered racist/homophobic/transphobic/pick your outrage, censorship, etc.

Partied until the early morning hours with friends. Then woke up 4 hours later feeling unusually refreshed and ran a 10K lol

I hear ya on that. I'm the same way. Something's better than nothing. Even if it's only 50% of what you normally do, still better than zero. I always tell myself when I don't feel like going to the gym, you never regret going. And that usually motivates me to go. But I'm with you, it's a ritual for me and it's also me time. I just hate fighting for equipment and such.

Getting ready for early sleep , have a 6am strength training yoga practice set for morning and another on Friday.
