After tackling a major plumbing problem at my home the last two days I am wiped out and looking forward to a quiet weekend.
The good thing is I will never have this type of plumbing issue ever again.
Exhausting. RU OK ???Now...Maybe a trip 2 the outskirts of Philly will do good...we have a 2 large guest bedrooms& huge amounts of land 4u 2 partake....it's your call.... Thanks Hood, All good….. I got it repaired and can now focus on some other projects that came in to work. Mary and I not traveling right now but if we were you guys would be a definite stop.

went to the gym for a leg day workout
and then some thai boxing drills with some friend Thai boxing…. That must be a great workout. Do you get injured? I did a 6am Yoga movement strength training class for 1hr this morning Then another 40 minute class at 9:30 Shopping with wife. And now home and getting ready for her Birthday weekend.

and then some thai boxing drills with some friend Thai boxing…. That must be a great workout. Do you get injured? I did a 6am Yoga movement strength training class for 1hr this morning Then another 40 minute class at 9:30 Shopping with wife. And now home and getting ready for her Birthday weekend. i used to get a lot of wrist problems because in this specific thai boxing that i train is called muay boran. which is kind of more extreme version, and more ancient version of the known traditional muay thai. but overall i love it ! i'm training with a friend who is older then me and he master the art for 30 years! he's a beast ! very nice and good person.

This is more of a business relationship. If you're a businessman who is looking to retain or gain some type of competitive advantage then networking is essential. A good network can help you find new clients, investors, and partnerships. You will also establish credibility, gain valuable insight, learn more about the competition, spot emerging trends, etc., etc.

Watching " Cleopatra Jones" on TCM....I can't believe Shelley Winters would stoop so low in her later career 2 do such a low budget move..even though it's a good late night movie 2 fall asleep 2....2 think that she was @ 1 time an oscar winner...she must have hit bad times 2 go 2 blacksplointaion flicks...Anyways.. Peace ... Don’t think I ever seen that one, i will check it out. I have been passing on TCM lately after they did not show even one Irish movie on St. Patricks Day. Every year they at least show The Qiuet Man or A tree grows in Brooklyn. A - Hole programmer was on duty that week. Watching movies today since its rain all weekend.
