How about Kansas City? Wouldn't they be on the list to be the next one in line to be completely defunct? I would say way more before New England or Jersey.
This is of course if you already believe Detroit to be defunct.
When was the last KC indictment? I haven't seen any evidence pointing to them being active. Just because made members are alive, doesn't mean they're active.
