I didn't compare them , but you can't say that Netherlands doesn't have OC problems in the past few years. There were even some high profile murders. Spain also have OC problem , Italy has biggest problem with OC in Europe. I don't consider Russia having OC problem because its all state controlled.


Europe has many problems, but organized crime is one of the few industries that work together very well from north to south from east to west.
