In addition, Jimmy Allegretti who is mentioned in the video was one of those guys who became a made member after he got big in the business. Sources say that North Side/Indiana crew member Carlo Colianni was one of Allegretti's sponsors.
Also, since Allegretti was big in the prostitution business, he was known for having sex with underaged girls and I think he was once arrested for it.

Heres another interesting sutiation which involved Allegretti, Louis Arger and his cousin and boss Gus Alex..all three were involved in white slavery or prostitution...

Yep, I agree. It seems that the Chicago Outfit, more than most crews throughout the states, continued to be heavily active in prostitution rackets, in one form or another even, into the later decades.

Interesting to note is that Chicago's underworld was heavily involved in prostitution since the late 19th century and Capone's predecessors like Colosimo and Torrio continued the "tradition" and Capone was also literally groomed in that same ambient. In fact, the Guzik family was involved in the business way before Torrio and Capone, besides their alliance. Because of that, the next interesting thing to note is that besides some high level Italians who oversaw the racket such as Phil D'Andrea, Ross Prio or Frank LaPorte, still the non-Italian leaders like Jake Guzik or Gus Alex had the "last word" mainly because their families were involved in it since "day one", meaning they knew more about prostitution then the Italians.
Thats why, in the previous files which I already posted, we can see Alex having the last word in the beef between Allegretti (made guy and lieutenant) and Arger regarding the cabs and prostitutes. Maybe D'Andrea was Guzik's boss but by the end of the day D'Andrea probably waited for Guzik's final opinion regarding prostitution and corruption, and after that or thats when D'Andrea probably completed the last decision. And thats what the following Italian leadership also did when Guziks protege Gus Alex inherited his prostituion rackets.

Napolitani and Calabrese members, so-called Camorrista, were always involved in this racket across the country. Sicilians, not so much. But with the advent of "Cosa Nostra" and the blending of all Italian factions regardless of where they hailed from, members were discouraged from engaging in the "flesh racket" going forward. Yet, as we see with Chicago, some crews continued with this revenue source unabated.

Yes, I also believe that the blending between the groups (including the non-Itals) played a major role in the "new age" or Americanized Cosa Nostra being involved in prostitutuion. When the Sicilians entered Chicagos politics with the help of their mainlander cousins and above all with the help of the old Irish Mob, they were "forced" to enter the racket mainly because Chicagos underworld depended on it during those days or before Prohibition.

The funny part is TD, that so many lucrative rackets have come and gone through the years, for well over a century already. Yet, to this very day, the prostitution racket remains a multibillion-dollar underground industry.
What's that old saying?..."It's the worlds oldest profession" Lol

Nicely said, and in fact one portion of the women support its legalization.

Truthfully, at this stage of the game, I do think we'd be better off it was legalized already. Because you're never gonna stop it. But the girls would be required to get medical checkups every month or two, and you'd take it out of the shadows and be able to tax it, regulate it, etc.
Speaking of Nuccio, he actually served under capo Ross Prio. Once, the two were busted along with a guy named Henry Finkelstein for operating one of the largest stills in Chicago at that time....
