All I have to say is if Senter and Testa are paroled at a far younger age then Bobby Manna, its a farce....
Bobby Manna is in his 90's, didn't kill young, innocent girls, and yet they'll release these lowlifes who are much younger, just because they didn't have the title that Manna had ??
The reasons of Senter parole and for sure also Testa will out before 2032 is that was "young and not leaders" following this reasoning Manna that was the underboss of Genovese family and had control on family NJ faction was a leader and a Cosa Nostra veteran,so he deserve to die in prison.
This is a stupid reasoning. John Pappa that killed his first man when was 19 y old could be out instead get 3 life sentences plus 45 years and is jailed from 1999.
