The FBI was getting way too much evidence that Tony would have ever been able to not face the reality that he would end up being put away for the rest of his life.

Your thoughts?

What charges would the DA have charged him with once they did put together the indictment against him? The list would have been long since they were investigating him for atleast 7 years.
