So now we move on to New Years and the food that we will be enjoying. For some of us, we will be cooking our meals at home instead of eating out.

So what are you having this year? I'll start with what I've planned so far for my menu.

Baked Clams
Bruschetta
Homemade Soppressata ( A very special Family recipe)
Fontinella Cheese to go with the Soppressata
Fresh Baked Italian Bread sliced thin
Sausage and Peppers
Homemade Meatballs * This is a maybe as of right now.
Side Salad


Meat Lasagna & fresh Garlic Bread.

Also a couple bottles of some good Red Wine.

Ok guys lets do this again. Whats on the menu for your NYE celebration?

Couple bottles of good Italian red wine tonight and cooking a nice prime rib dinner with some appetizers. Picked up a nice bottle of the bubbly as well.

We got lobster, prime cuts of beef and some vegan dishes for the 32 people who are coming for dinner lol

I'm most excited about the wine and the cigars. Me and my dad love to light up cigars on NYE
