You mean in Montenegro? Not really, Montenegro had one huge clan that controlled everything and imported huge amounts of cocaine, then it separated into 2 clans , Kavacki and Skaljarski and started huge war that spread over whole Balkans. Kavacki managed to get into alliance with most powerful clan from Serbia and that resulted in all of Skaljarski members getting killed, cut into pieces, they hunted them down from Greece to Brazil (a week ago member of Skljarski clan who escaped to Brazil got killed there).
